Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Case Manager specializing in Australian Permanent Residency (PR) visas. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling end-to-end Australian PR visa applications, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with Australian immigration regulations, and providing exceptional client support throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end processing of Australian Permanent Residency (PR) visa applications.
- Work on Australian Skilled Migration visas, including Subclass 189, 190, and 491.
- Review client profiles and assess eligibility for Australian PR pathways.
- Prepare and manage Skills Assessment, Expression of Interest (EOI), State Nomination, and PR visa documentation.
- Collect, verify, and organize all required documents for PR applications.




- Prepare and submit visa applications accurately and within deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients regarding pending documents and application updates.
- Ensure compliance with Australian immigration laws and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate case records and update the CRM regularly.
- Communicate with assessing authorities and relevant Australian immigration bodies when required.
- Track application progress and proactively update clients on their case status.
- Resolve client queries related to Australian PR processing professionally and promptly.
- Work closely with the Sales and Counselling teams to ensure smooth case handovers.
- Handle multiple PR cases while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Australian Permanent Residency (PR) visa processes.
- Proven experience handling Subclass 189, 190, and 491 visa applications.
- Experience with Skills Assessment, EOI submissi
