WE ARE HIRING: HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)

GTech Web Solutions is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Kolkata If you have hands-on experience with end-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment and bulk hiring, we’d love to connect.

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (Work from Office)

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years (Mandatory)

Working Days/Hours: Mon–Sat (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Day Shift | Sundays Fixed Off)

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles.
- Sourcing and screening candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Job Hai, etc.
- Managing bulk hiring requirements and candidate pipelines.
- Interview coordination and recruitment reporting.

What We Are Looking For:
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience in bulk IT/Non-IT recruitment.
- Prior experience in Recruitment Consultancies & Domestic Circuit Hiring (Preferred).
- Short notice period (10–15 days) or immediate joiners preferred.
