Company Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Supervisor to oversee our daily security operations, manage our guard team, and ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming workplace across our facilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
- Staff Supervision: Direct and supervise lower-level security guards to ensure strict adherence to daily duties and operational standards.
- Grooming & Discipline: Oversee the grooming, fitness, uniform standards, and overall discipline of the security team.
- Recruitment & Assessment: Evaluate candidates' communication skills, demeanor, and fitness during the hiring process.
- Daily Briefings: Conduct daily team briefings to review previous incidents, assign shifts, and reinforce operational priorities.

Daily Operations & Incident Management
- Patrolling & Inspections: Perform routine facility patrols and assist Security Managers in handling investigations when required.
- Emergency Response: Lead fire and safety emergency drills, manage crisis situations,



and escort unauthorized or disruptive individuals off the premises.
- Incident Reporting: Immediately report unusual occurrences, safety breaches, or hazards to the Department Head.
- Background Verification: Perform basic background verification checks on personnel or contractors as needed.

Documentation & Register Maintenance
- Daily Logs: Maintain, update, and review all security registers, visitor logbooks, gate passes, and material movement records daily.
- Approvals: Secure required daily signatures from authorized managers on gate passes and register logs.

Equipment & Maintenance Checks
- Gadget Servicing: Monitor the working condition of all security gadgets (CCTV systems, metal detectors, walkie-talkies) and facility lighting.
- Maintenance Alerts: Promptly log and escalate any equipment or lighting maintenance issues to the facility manager.

Training & SOP Adherence
- Training Collaboration: Partner with Security Managers/Assis
