Job Description – Senior Engineer / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Area Manager – Sales (Elevator Division)
About the Role We are looking for experienced Sales professionals from the Elevator/Lift industry to join our team in Bangalore (North & South). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project sales, business development, and client relationship management, with the ability to drive revenue growth by selling elevator and vertical transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities ● Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
● Build and maintain relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, developers, corporate clients, and government agencies.
● Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions.




● Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
● Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close sales orders.
● Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order booking and payment collection.
● Coordinate with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify business opportunities.
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
● Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and MIS reports.
Required Skills
● Strong experience in B2B Project Sales.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Experience in handling builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
● Valuable understanding of elevator specifications, tendering, pricing, and project execution. ● Strong relationship management
