About the Role

Dr Care Homeopathy is looking for a Quality Analyst who will monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure high-quality service, compliance, and sales excellence. The ideal candidate should have experience in auditing call center interactions, providing constructive feedback, and improving overall team performance.





Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Evaluate calls based on predefined quality parameters and compliance standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide timely feedback and coaching to agents.
- Ensure adherence to call scripts, process guidelines, and company policies.
- Track customer experience, communication quality, and sales effectiveness.
- Conduct calibration sessions with Team Leaders and Trainers.
- Analyze quality trends and suggest process improvements.
- Support training teams by identifying recurring knowledge gaps.
- Maintain accurate audit records and quality scorecards.
