Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Executive / Senior Executive Learning & Development (L&D;) to drive employee learning initiatives, capability development, and engagement programs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Engineering, Infrastructure, Steel, or Heavy Machinery Manufacturing industries and be skilled in designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful learning programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify competency gaps across functions.
- Design, develop, and deliver behavioural, functional, and leadership training programs.
- Develop learning content, training modules, SOPs, and curriculum.
- Drive employee engagement,



competency development, and learning initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and external training vendors for effective program execution.
- Measure training effectiveness through feedback, learning analytics, and KPI tracking.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS), training records, and MIS reporting.
- Support talent development and continuous learning initiatives across the organization.
