About Us

We are a premium Pilates studio in Koramangala dedicated to helping people build strength, flexibility, and confidence through expert-led Pilates training. We're looking for a creative, energetic, and social-media-savvy intern to help us grow our online presence and build an engaged fitness community.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging Instagram Reels and Stories.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of classes, trainers, studio events, and client testimonials.
- Create visually appealing posts, carousels, and promotional content aligned with the brand identity.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral audio, and content ideas.

Social Media Growth
- Grow Instagram and Facebook followers through organic strategies.
- Increase audience engagement by responding to comments, DMs, polls, and story interactions.
- Build an active online community by encouraging conversations and user-generated content.
- Collaborate with influencers,



fitness creators, and local communities to increase reach.

Performance Marketing
- Assist in planning, creating, and managing Instagram and Facebook advertising campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Track key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations.

Marketing Support
- Coordinate with trainers to create educational and promotional content.
- Promote workshops, challenges, offers, and studio events across social media platforms.
- Research competitors and identify current content opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar.

Skills & Qualifications
- Passion for social media, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle content.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience using Canva, Cap
