Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who will be the dedicated HR resource owning all people-related matters across our manufacturing and office locations. This is a hands-on generalist role requiring strong knowledge of Indian labour law, statutory compliance, payroll processing, and the ability to build genuine relationships with both plant-level employees and business leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compliance & Labour Law

● Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws: Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Contract Labour Act, and state-specific regulations across all locations.

● Maintain and renew statutory registrations, licences, LWPF and returns on time — PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity Benefit.

● Stay current with amendments under the 4 Labour Codes and prepare the organisation for

progressive compliance.

● Conduct periodic internal HR audits and proactively flag gaps to leadership.

2. Payroll & Statutory Processing

● Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing: inputs, validation, disbursement,



and payslip

generation.

● Manage PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS filings; coordinate with finance for reconciliation and remittances.

● Handle CTC structuring and offer letter creation in line with Code on Wages 2019 guidelines.

● Manage full-and-final settlements, gratuity calculations, and statutory deductions accurately.

3. Recruitment & Onboarding

● Manage end-to-end hiring for plant, warehouse, sales, and support functions — from JD creation to offer closure.

● Source candidates via job portals, vendor agencies, referrals, and campus channels as

appropriate.

● Design and deliver structured onboarding experiences for current joiners across locations.

● Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-turnover or critical roles.

4. End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management

● Manage the complete employee journey: joining formalities, confirmation, transfers, promotions, performance cycles, and
