Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
- Experience: 0?2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/IPQA in a Pharmaceutical or API manufacturing company. Freshers with relevant academic knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
- Understanding of Batch Production Records (BPR) and Valuable Documentation Practices.
- Familiarity with Data Integrity (ALCOA+) principles.
- Knowledge of SOPs, deviations, CAPA, and Change Control.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
