Role & responsibilities
- Lead the Quality Engineering strategy for web, API, AI-powered applications, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript) for UI, API, microservices, and end-to-end testing, incorporating reusable components and parallel execution.
- Build and maintain API automation suites for functional, integration, contract, and microservices validation, ensuring high-quality and reliable service delivery.
- Integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous testing, automated quality gates, release validation, and intelligent reporting.
- Develop and implement AI testing strategies for LLMs, RAG, and AI agents, including prompt validation, response accuracy, reasoning, hallucination detection, and regression testing.
- Validate AI agent workflows by testing autonomous decision-making, tool integration, memory, planning, and end-to-end task execution.
- Perform AI security and resilience testing,



including prompt injection, jailbreak, adversarial testing, data leakage, role exploitation, and responsible AI validation.
- Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot and GenAI to accelerate test design, automation development, and productivity across the Quality Engineering function.
- Implement intelligent automation techniques, including self-healing locators and resilient automation practices, to improve test stability and reduce flaky test execution.
- Lead non-functional testing, including performance, scalability, and load testing using JMeter (or equivalent), identifying system bottlenecks and improving application resilience.
- Own end-to-end test delivery, including test planning, estimation, defect management, UAT coordination, quality reporting, and release readiness.
