WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Manager – HR (Professional Development) will serve as the team lead for the PD function, overseeing end-to-end performance management, career development, and DEI initiatives for BCN staff. This individual will own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of PD processes while managing and mentoring a team of HR professionals. The role demands a strategic mindset combined with strong operational depth, and will work in close partnership with senior HR leadership, HRBPs and global PD stakeholders.

Performance Management & PD Cycles
- Own and drive the end-to-end PD calendar — mid-year and annual cycles — including planning, execution, and post-cycle analysis.
- Oversee preparation of data files, eligibility data, and cycle-specific inputs; ensure data integrity across all PD processes.
- Lead and facilitate tech transition calibration discussions
