Job Description

A leading Pens Manufacturing Company is looking for an experienced and responsible Commercial Manager to manage commercial operations, costing, purchasing, inventory coordination, billing, vendor management and MIS reporting.

Candidates having experience in the pens, stationery or manufacturing industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day commercial activities of the manufacturing unit.
- Handle product costing, rate analysis and cost-control activities.
- Coordinate purchase orders, sales orders, billing and invoicing.
- Negotiate rates and commercial terms with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor raw materials,



finished goods and inventory records.
- Coordinate with production, accounts, purchase, stores, sales and dispatch teams.
- Review vendor quotations and finalise commercial terms.
- Monitor pending orders, deliveries, outstanding payments and vendor dues.
- Handle documentation related to GST, TDS, e-invoices and e-way bills.
- Verify purchase bills, transport bills and other commercial expenses.
- Coordinate dispatch, transportation and logistics activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly commercial MIS reports.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, profitability and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Support management in commercial planning and business decisions.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- B.Com/M.Com/MBA in Finance or Operations will be preferred.
- Relevant experience as a Commerc
