Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and key clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Promote company products/services to builder clients.
- Conduct client meetings and follow up on inquiries.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide market feedback.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in builder/developer sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid market knowledge and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
Pay: ₹18,851.39 - ₹25,723.37 per month
