Job Role :System Analysis

Description:
- Address and resolve issues reported through ServiceNow, conducting root cause analysis, collaborating with developers.
- Research Incident Issues submitted via Service Now.
- Pricing Incident Tickets: work closely with the Enterprise Teams to resolve issues related to pricing claims; (Enterprise Teams: Pricing Configuration Management Team, WGS, Conduent and others).
- Provider Incident Tickets: work closely with our Enterprise Provider partners to resolve any issues related to claims not processing due to provider issues: (Enterprise Teams: HCN and Provider Relations).
- Research Claims as part of the following Reports:
- 25 Cnt Reports Daily report of individual claims that need to be investigated to see if they are System issues or User Error.




- Que Location Reports - Daily report by state of individual claims that need to be investigated to see if they are System issues or User Error.
- 837 Reports - Daily report of individual claims that need to be investigated to see if they are System issues or User Error.
- Monitoring:
- MONITOR Associate Chats for issues as they arise: Operations (Team Leads and BA, West OEs, BAs, Managers)
- MONITOR: System issue with Streamline: FS Transactions for abends and resolve; restart transactions- Claim processing issues
- MONITOR: System Issues with Streamline Clocking - Monitor and address any issues that arise
- Testing: Conduct regression testing for Streamline at the request of Enterprise/WGS to ensure that updates or changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
- Additional Support - Recent request; transitioning support to IT Ops Production Support.
- SWAT Support - System Outages
