Role Description

The Reservations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The role involves handling reservation inquiries through phone, email, and online channels, providing accurate information on room types, rates, packages, and availability. The Reservations Executive will process bookings, modifications, and cancellations, maintain up-to-date records in reservation systems, and coordinate closely with front office and sales teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding promptly to guest queries, upselling services where appropriate, resolving reservation-related issues, and supporting the achievement of occupancy and revenue targets. The role also requires adherence to standard operating procedures, maintaining data accuracy,



and contributing to a welcoming and skilled communication experience for all guests.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with guests and internal teams.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage inquiries, address concerns, and build positive guest relationships.
- Reservations management skills, including experience with booking systems, availability checks, and accurate data entry.
- Sales skills to upsell rooms, packages, and services while meeting occupancy and revenue objectives.
- Prior experience in hospitality, front office, or reservations is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and reservation or property management software.
