Title: Senior Zoho Implementation Consultant Remote(India)

Salary: 10 LPA – 12 LPA per year (based on experience)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Zoho Implementation Consultant to lead complex Zoho deployments and digital transformation projects for clients across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the United States.

You will work directly with business stakeholders, project managers, and the development team to design, implement, and optimize Zoho-based solutions that improve business processes and drive growth. This is a 100% remote role.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Zoho implementations across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
- Configure, customize, test, and deploy Zoho solutions.
- Manage and review work completed by Zoho developers.
- Develop custom functions, workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms such as Simpro,



Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS applications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
- Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and solution reviews.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Zoho implementation and consulting experience.
- Strong expertise across the Zoho One platform, particularly Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
- Experience delivering multiple client projects concurrently.
- Strong business analysis and solution design skills.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and data migration projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, Simpro, Microsoft 365, or similar business platforms is highly desirable.
- Robust project management and client-facing consulting skills.
