Lead the development of 350 acres of Jasmine Sambac under a 100% direct farmer-sourcing and fully

traceable contract farming model by December 2029, while establishing an annual sourcing capacity of

approximately 600 MT of premium-quality flowers to support Synthite's global perfumery business and long-

term customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Farming & Technical Support

Network Expansion
- Identify, onboard, and develop Jasmine Sambac farmer clusters across the assigned region.
- Expand Synthite's direct farmer sourcing network through sustainable contract farming.

Project Ownership
- Take complete ownership of the Jasmine Sambac Contract Farming Project, ensuring successful planning,

execution, monitoring, and achievement of project milestones.

Agronomy Guidance
- Provide field-level technical support on land preparation, planting, pruning, irrigation, nutrient

management, soil health, and integrated pest & disease management.
- Monitor crop performance through regular field visits and recommend timely corrective measures.

Farmer Development




- Build long-term partnerships through regular field visits, technical training, farmer meetings,

demonstrations, and continuous engagement.
- Promote Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and sustainable farming methods to improve productivity,

flower quality, and farmer profitability.

2. Sourcing, Logistics & Volume Management

Direct Procurement
- Support and monitor daily procurement by ensuring flower freshness, bud maturity, grading standards,

and quality compliance.

Capacity Development
- Drive field initiatives to establish and sustain an annual sourcing capacity of approximately 600 MT of

Jasmine Sambac flowers.

Logistics & Traceability
- Coordinate effective collection and transportation to ensure flowers reach the extraction facility within

defined timelines.
- Maintain 100% farm-level traceability and accurate procurement documentation.
