The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure workplace for patients, visitors, staff, and hospital property by monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor hospital premises through regular patrolling
- Control entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vehicles
- Verify identity cards and visitor passes
- Maintain visitor logbook and gate register
- Ensure discipline and order within the hospital premises
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
- Assist in crowd control during peak hours or emergencies
- Prevent unauthorized access and theft
- Coordinate with hospital management during emergencies (fire, accident, etc.)
- Report suspicious activities immediately to authorities




- Ensure proper parking management within hospital premises

Skills & Requirements
- Basic education (10th / 12th pass preferred)
- Prior experience in security services (hospital experience preferred)
- Physically fit and alert
- Good observation and communication skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and fire handling

Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts (Day / Night)
- Standing and patrolling for long hours
- Working in indoor and outdoor environments

Reporting To
- Administrative Officer / Security Supervisor

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
