Project Manager | National Health Authority, Delhi

About the role

NHA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to support NHA programs at NHA. The role will work closely with Program manager and NHA management and will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on time, quality within budget delivery. The role will leverage project management expertise and leadership skills to coordinate activities, manage resources, and mitigate risks, while communicating effectively with all project stakeholders.

Qualifications

B.E/B.TECH OR MCA from a reputed college/University.

Technical Experience & Competency
- Overall minimum 10 years of IT experience with 5 years working as project manager post qualification completion.
- Hands on project manager or similar role
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Experience with project management methodologies and frameworks, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to influence and motivate cross- functional teams to achieve program goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and information to stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results- oriented mindset.
- Experience with project management tools and software, such as Jira
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices related to project management.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex security issues and recommend effective solutions in a quick-paced environment.
