Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain statutory compliance, and manage the day-to-day finance and accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Balance Sheet preparing fully.
- Ensure timely bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Review journal entries, invoices, and expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
- Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to management.




- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com/MBA (Finance) orCA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance, balance sheet.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP, Oracle, or Zoho Books.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
