About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Billing and Planning Engineer to lead and deliver construction projects from planning through to successful handover. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, excellent coordination ability, and a solid track record of managing projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
- Quantity Surveying certification / training from NICMAR, BHADANIS QS Institute, or RICS (highly preferred)

You will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and control of assigned construction projects, ensuring effective coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to final handover
- Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and take corrective actions to meet deadlines




- Prepare and control project budgets, track costs, and manage variations
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and statutory requirements
- Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance on site
- Manage procurement, material planning, and resource allocation
- Review and approve contractor bills, measurements, and payment certificates
- Prepare regular progress reports, MIS, and presentations for management and clients
- Resolve site issues, disputes, and coordination problems promptly
- Ensure proper documentation, as-built drawings, and project close-out

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Architectur
