Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Setup: Prepares and operates conventional or CNC ID/OD cylindrical grinding machines.
Blueprint Reading: Interprets technical engineering drawings and blueprints to determine exact machining specifications and tolerances.
Quality Control: Conducts in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to ensure circularity, concentricity, and exact finishes.
Tooling: Selects appropriate grinding wheels and controls feed rates, wheel speeds, and dressing intervals for varying materials.
Maintenance: Performs routine preventive maintenance, changes worn wheels, and troubleshoots minor machining issues
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
