Role Summary

Rasayanam is looking for a highly organized, high-agency Founder’s Office Associate to work closely with the Founder’s Office Lead across business priorities, cross-functional initiatives, people operations, hiring, office operations, process improvement, research, and execution.

This is a broad generalist role for someone who can move between strategic, operational, analytical, and administrative work as business priorities evolve. The role requires someone who can think across functions, build strong working relationships, operate with attention to detail,
