Role & responsibilities :

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex, interconnected projects within the Payments and Retail domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional team coordination. Experience with payment systems, retail operations, and modernization initiatives is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects.
- Define and implement suitable project strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate cross-project activities with internal teams, UCP teams, and external vendors.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and project team members.
- Develop, manage, and control project deadlines, budgets, and activities.
- Apply change management, risk management, and resource planning methodologies.
- Prepare and present project status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.




- Drive conflict resolution and proactive risk mitigation across projects.
- Ensure successful delivery of large-scale initiatives while maintaining quality and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Domain Expertise
- Strong experience in Payment Systems and the Retail domain.
- Knowledge of payment processing workflows, including:
- Authorization
- Settlement
- Reconciliation
- Credit Card processing
- Debit Card processing
- Gift Card processing

Project Management
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stream projects and programs.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Budget planning and financial management experience.
- Expertise in risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution.

Methodologies
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with Scrum practices and Agile delivery frameworks.
