ZedeXeL Software Solutions FZC is a UAE based company specialising in
ERPNext implementation and customisation
for SMEs across UAE and Qatar. We help businesses streamline operations through tailored ERP solutions. We also have a separate B2C cargo platform under the brand ZedCargo.

Until now, most of our projects have come through personal networks. We are now building a structured inbound + outbound lead generation engine and are looking for a hungry, research-oriented expert to own this function.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) – Lead Generation Specialist, you will research target industries, understand market needs, design outreach strategies, generate qualified leads, and drive consistent follow-ups. This is a high-ownership role focused on building a predictable pipeline for ERPNext projects in the UAE and Qatar markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyse target industries in UAE & Qatar (Trading, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, Construction, Services, etc.)
- Identify decision-makers (Owners, CFOs, Operations Heads, IT Managers)



and build quality lead lists
- Design and execute outbound strategies (LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, WhatsApp sequences, free-zone & directory research)
- Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery / demo calls
- Maintain disciplined follow-up cadence and keep the CRM / lead tracker accurate and up-to-date
- Share weekly insights on converting industries, messaging, and channels
- Quickly learn ERPNext basics and our implementation process to communicate confidently with prospects

Requirements
- 1–2 year experience (sales, marketing, lead generation, or market research preferred)
- Robust research mindset and curiosity about different industries
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
- Disciplined, organised, and process-oriented
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Google, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn ERP basics quickl
