Role Overview
Responsible for the administration configuration support maintenance and enhancement of the Enablon platform supporting HSE Health Safety Environment Operational Risk Management ORM Permit to Work PTW Incident Management Audit Management Compliance Sustainability and related modules The role works closely with business stakeholders integration teams and application support teams to ensure platform availability and business alignment
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Enablon environments
Configure modules workflows forms dashboards reports users roles and permissions
Support Incident Management Risk Management Audit Management Action Plans PTW and Environmental modules
Manage user onboarding role assignments and security access
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with OEMvendor support when required
Gather business requirements and translate them into Enablon configurations
Coordinate application upgrades testing and deployment activities
Support integrations between Enablon and enterprise applications such as SAP and other EHS systems
Develop and maintain documentation SOPs and knowledge articles
Support UAT SIT production releases and postgolive hypercare activities
Required Skills
Handson experience with Enablon administration and configuration
Knowledge of HSE Operational Risk Management ORM Permit to Work PTW Incident Management Compliance and Sustainability processes
Experience managing users entities controls dashboards reports and workflows
Understanding of Enablon modules such as
Risk Management
Workplace
Incident Management
Health Safety
Metrics Reporting
Knowledge of system integrations APIs and enterprise application interfaces
Strong troubleshooting and stakeholdermanagement skills
Experience supporting testing cycles SITUAT and production support
