Role & responsibilities

1. You are responsible for overall activities related to filling, sealing, labelling and packing at your allotted line.

2. You are responsible for optimum utilization of machinery & Manpower.

3. You have to ensure proper &effective; cleaning of machineries, transfer lines, transfer pumps, holding tanks etc. prior to start filling & packing & after completion as well.

4. You have to ensure cleaning of empty bottle /jar/pouches prior to filing and after filing (Prior to pack in boxes) as well.

5. Accuracy in filling quantity, proper capping /sealing, proper labelling with manufacturing date & Batch No. on labels, and correct number of bottles/jar/ laminate pouches are being packed in Cartons.

You have to control wastage of product and packing material i.e. bottles/jar/ laminate pouches, caps, labels, cartons etc. and write it on daily report.

7. You have to maintain Cleanliness of surroundings your line as floors, walls, drains etc.

8. You are responsible for maintenance, smooth functioning & Cleanliness of all the equipments and machinery of the packing line assigned to you.

9. You have to follow work instructions given by your seniors.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates should have successfully completed an ITI qualification.
