- Perform full vehicle model build-up starting from meshing using Ansa.
- Independently perform full vehicle crash simulations for various regulatory and rating loadcases, including frontal, side, rear, and rollover scenarios.
- Conduct component/sub-system level quasistatic simulations for elements such as seats, doors, and roofs.




- Interpret simulation results, develop effective countermeasures, and drive design optimization and improvements.
- Perform detailed post-test analysis and correlation of simulation results with physical tests.
- Prepare extensive technical reports based on CAE evaluations and present findings in various forums.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Manufacturing, and Testing, to develop technically feasible solutions and countermeasures.
