Key Responsibilities:
- Effective communication between different internal business units and making

personalized responses to the customer.
- Support internal team to identify and pursue current business opportunities to

increase revenue and market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, large enterprises,

consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Liaise with large enterprises for approvals, permissions, licensing, and

documentation requirements.
- Develop proposals, presentations, tenders and business agreements.
- Lead contract negotiations covering pricing, terms and performance expectations

with partners and vendors.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, contracts, compliance documents, and

performance logs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies for procurement and

vendor management.
- Assist in planning project schedules, resource allocation, and task assignments.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including timelines, reports,



meeting

minutes, and follow-ups.
- Track project progress, identify delays or risks, and report updates to the Project

Manager.
- Arrange and facilitate project review meetings, presentations, and status updates.
- Monitor budget utilization, invoices, and cost tracking in coordination with finance.
- Ensure alignment with project standards, policies, and operational guidelines.
- Manage client communication and provide timely responses to queries and

escalations.
- Support implementation of process improvements to enhance project delivery

efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering,

or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, enterprise liaisoning, or strategic

partnerships.
- Industry experience in IT Software/SaaS/Telecom/Manufacturing/etc.
