Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Indira Nagar, Lucknow, with urgent hiring needs. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos for marketing, training, and corporate communications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives. Daily tasks include organizing and trimming clips, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and integrating motion graphics and titles as required. The role also involves color grading,



basic sound adjustment, and preparing videos for different platforms and formats. The Video Editor will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and project teams to understand requirements, meet deadlines, and maintain high production standards.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience turning raw footage into transparent, compelling content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone and professional-quality output.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar tools).
- Good understanding of video formats, codecs, resolution settings, and exporting for web and social media platforms.
