We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the AMIN Sales & Distribution team.

The role is responsible for managing the distributor channel network (viz Banks, National Distributors and IFAs)



to ensure high mind share for our products through innovative promotional schemes and deliver aggressive sales budgets.

Principal Responsibilities
- To manage team of 2 members and the channel partners of the tagged branch and getting business
- As per the organization requirement maintain a desired market share with the channel partners
- Candidate must work on distribution development and activations
- As a line manager mentoring, motivating and guiding the team members
- Increase the overall AUM of the branch alongwith the net sales numbers given by the organization
- Ensuring consistent sales meetings/activities, also maintain the sales and branch

Role Requirements / Educational Qualifications / Certification / Experience
- Minimum 12 month in the organization
- NISM VA
- 7-10yrs of sales experience
- Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
- Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions t
