? Experience: 7+ years of merchandising experience in Stationery, Hard Goods, and Toys.

? CTC: Up to ₹15.00 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Implement department strategies to achieve shipment, sales participation, and KPI targets.

✔️ Analyze sales, margins, and stock levels to ensure optimal business performance.

✔️ Prepare and manage periodic shipment reports, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate shipment tracking.

✔️ Build and manage a strong supplier base aligned with the company's Global Sourcing Strategy.

✔️ Ensure suppliers comply with ethical, technical, and quality standards across all manufacturing sites.

✔️ Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and drive continuous improvements.

✅ 7+ years of merchandising experience in Stationery, Hard Goods, and Toys.

✅ Experience working with a Liaison Office, Buying House, or Export House.

✅ Solid vendor management, sourcing, shipment coordination, and product development experience.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
