Burns & McDonnell India has an exciting opportunity for Senior Structural Engineer interested in growing their careers in one of the quick-paced Global Practice involved in high tech building design and construction, Global Facility Services (GFS). We are a multi-discipline team that provides engineering services located all over America and Canada for facilities projects which includes Food & Beverage, consumer products, hyperscale Data centers, Pharmaceutical, Life sciences and technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Institutional facilities.

The Senior Structural Engineer will support design projects aimed at delivering world-class solutions for new developments, modifications, and redevelopments across a diverse range of projects. He/She will play a key role in driving the growth of the Food & Beverage business lane by independently leading projects - including resource planning, meeting project KPIs related to quality, schedule, and budget, reviewing engineering design packages, ensuring interdisciplinary coordination, and conducting clash checks. In addition,



the role involves supporting and executing business strategies and contributing to the development of high-performance teams.

High level Overview of Engineering Scope for Projects in GFS
:
- Structural analysis and design in compliance with American/Canadian standards
- Steel building design (e.g., process buildings, Industrial buildings, warehouses, canopies, etc.)
- Diaphragm analysis and design (rigid and flexible)
- Steel structure design (e.g., pipe racks, Pipe bridges, platforms, stair towers, Pipe trestles, etc.)
- Foundation design for buildings and structures (both shallow and deep foundations)
- Design of concrete Retaining wall, CMU wall, underground pits, containments etc.
