We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who is passionate about sales, client communication, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and lead generation.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.

* Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.

* Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with prospects.





* Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.

* Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop winning sales strategies.

* Negotiate contracts and assist in closing deals.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

* 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar client-facing role.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

* Confidence in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.

* Basic understanding of IT services, AI solutions, or software development is an advantage.

* Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
