The ideal candidate will have a strong EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) background and expertise in project accounting, cost control, contract management, financial reporting, and working capital management. Candidates without EPC experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading the finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Managing project budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis.
- Monitoring project financial performance, including cost overruns, claims, variations, retention money, and project margins.
- Ensuring accurate revenue recognition and contract accounting in line with applicable standards.
- Driving cash flow planning, receivables management, vendor payments, and working capital optimization.
- Partnering with project and operations teams to improve project profitability and financial discipline.
- Leading annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.




- Identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with project execution and contracts.
- Managing banking relationships, funding requirements, and financial controls.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- 10+ years of finance experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience as Financial Controller, Finance Head, or similar position in an EPC organization.
- Solid understanding of project accounting, contract accounting, cost control, and cash flow management.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience in EPC/project-based businesses.
- Hands-on exposure to project costing, profitability analysis, contract management, billing, collections, and working capital management.
- Experience supporting infrastructure, geotechnical, foundation engineering, civil construction, industrial, or engineering projects.
