We're looking for someone who enjoys analysing performance, improving revenue, identifying new income opportunities and working closely with property owners to grow their business.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for improving the commercial performance of our managed properties.

While OTA optimisation and pricing are important, we're looking for someone who can think beyond occupancy and identify practical opportunities to increase revenue, improve guest spend, and enhance overall property performance.

The ideal candidate enjoys combining analytics with creativity and is comfortable working with property owners,



hospitality partners and internal teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Management
- Develop and implement pricing strategies across Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip and other booking platforms
- Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and booking pace across managed properties
- Optimise pricing based on seasonality, events, demand patterns and competitor trends
- Review market performance regularly and recommend commercial improvements
- Work alongside energetic pricing tools where applicable

OTA Optimisation
- Maintain and optimise listings across multiple OTAs
- Improve listing quality, content, amenities and conversion rates
- Monitor reviews, ranking performance and booking trends
- Ensure pricing accuracy, availability and calendar management

Revenue Growth Initiatives

Identify opportunities to increase revenue beyond accommodation bookings, including:
- Curated guest experiences
- Local activity partners
