This is a permanent night-leaning schedule in India — it works brilliantly for some people and not at all for others. We need someone who can be sharp and responsive at 3am IST, every working day, not just for the first month.

What you will do

Own evening shift operations. Monitor cleaner check-ins as shifts start, chase no-shows immediately, arrange cover, and make sure every site gets cleaned as contracted. Flag any shift approved for fewer hours than the client contract.

Handle complaints and client messages. Acknowledge every client message quickly, log every complaint in our monday.com Complaints & Issues Log, contact cleaners for answers (cleaners are working during your hours — they respond in the evening far better than during the day), and drive each issue to resolution or a clean morning handover.

Cover our key account’s evening needs. Our largest client operates venues into the evening; you’ll respond to their messages, coordinate any same-evening fixes, and update their schedule and task lists.

Run recruitment. Post job ads,



screen candidates by WhatsApp/phone, schedule and conduct first interviews, collect right-to-work documents, and keep the pipeline moving for our London and Manchester vacancies — including building and maintaining our cover cleaner pool, a key project.

Hand over cleanly. End every shift with the boards updated and a short written handover so the daytime team starts with facts, not mysteries.

Tools you will use

monday.com (all our workflows live here), WhatsApp and WhatsApp groups, email, Google Workspace, and Claude AI for drafting and summarising. Full training given — but you must be genuinely comfortable working inside systems and keeping them updated in real time. Our rule: if it isn’t on a board, it didn’t happen.
