Requirements

Position Overview

The Field Supervisor will lead field force recruitment, oversee on-ground logistics, and ensure the successful completion of all assigned data collection tasks. This role involves both direct field execution and team management, requiring regular regional travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, coaching, training and monitoring the local field force.
- Self-conduct door-to-door interviews and drive platform app downloads.
- Take full accountability for getting all assigned field tasks completed on schedule.
- Organize camp events, health screenings and execute product sampling.
- Manage vehicles, equipment kits and collaborate with Head Office.

- Availability for 15 days of travel
