Role Description
The Ecommerce Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing and growing StoryMirror’s online book and merchandise sales channels.



This role involves managing the company’s e-commerce platform and integrations with third-party marketplaces, ensuring product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory data are accurate and optimized. The Ecommerce Manager will monitor sales performance, analyze customer behavior, and implement strategies to increase conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention. Daily activities include coordinating with marketing, content, and operations teams, planning digital campaigns, optimizing user experience on the shop portal, and ensuring timely order fulfillment and customer support. The role also requires identifying new partnership opportunities, driving catalog expansion, and maintaining alignment with StoryMirror’s brand and creative vision.
