Role Description
The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, in office role based in Balachaur, responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. This role involves implementing HR policies, managing employee onboarding and exit processes, maintaining HR records,



and coordinating payroll and benefits-related documentation with relevant stakeholders. The HR Generalist will handle employee queries, support performance management processes, and assist with recruitment activities such as screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring paperwork. The role also includes organizing employee engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and partnering with store leadership to address workforce planning and employee relations issues.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in generalist or similar HR roles.
