Empiric are currently working alongside a global retail leader to find a Salesforce Tech Lead with major expertise on the Salesforce Data model and the Data flow between the system and outside the system. Strong integration experience. Candidate must be having either of Service or Sales Cloud experience.

The Tech Lead should have positive hands on technical experience in Sales and Service Cloud, ideally 8+ years. Experience of working for large professional IT consultancies is essential.

Essential skills: • Salesforce Data Model • Data flow (system & outside) • Integration • Composite API - how to use it • SOQL in LWC or Apex • Different types of authorisation in integration
