Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and support functions.
- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
- Source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and onboard candidates.
- Ensure timely hiring and a smooth candidate experience.

Performance Management
- Drive the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, mid-year and annual performance reviews.
- Coordinate appraisal cycles and performance calibration.
- Support managers in employee development and performance improvement initiatives.

Learning & Development
- Identify training needs through performance reviews and competency mapping.
- Organize technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.




- Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee development.

Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Handle employee grievances and promote a positive work environment.
- Support employee retention initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/MSW in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 7+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Robust hands-on experience in Core HR, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Training & Development.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
