We are seeking a energetic Sales Manager to lead the export of our Test Sieves and Sieve Shaker lines to global laboratories, research institutes, and quality control departments.

The Role

This is a specialized sales role focusing on the global laboratory and testing market. You will be responsible for building a robust export pipeline for Stanmesh Test Sieves (standard and customized) and Sieve Shakers. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical precision and commercial strategy, ensuring our products meet international standards (ISO/ASTM) and reach global distributors and end-users.

Key Responsibilities
- Export Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to increase global market share for laboratory equipment.
- Technical Consultation: Advise international clients on the correct sieve specifications (mesh sizes, diameters, and materials) and shaker configurations for their specific particle analysis needs.
- Dealer/Distributor Management: Identify, appoint,



and manage a network of global laboratory equipment distributors and dealers.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure all export inquiries and orders comply with international testing standards such as ASTM E11 and ISO 3310.
- End-to-End Export Sales: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation (via LinkedIn, trade portals, and global directories) to technical quoting and closing.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure proper export packaging, documentation, and timely international dispatch.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5+ years in Export Sales, specifically within the Laboratory Equipment or Analytical Instruments sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with particle size analysis, lab testing procedures, and the difference between various mesh standards is a significant advantage.
- Education: A degree in Science (B.Sc) or Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) is highly preferred to handle techni
