Shift: Day Shift – 10 AM to 7 PM (1 Rotational Week Off During Weekdays)

The ideal candidate should have solid team handling experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth through effective strategies, customer experience, and team development.

*_Role Responsibilities:_*

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Drive sales planning, forecasting, and performance management.

• Build and nurture strong customer and channel partner relationships.

• Understand market trends,



customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Develop and implement innovative selling techniques and promotional strategies.

• Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.

• Ensure effective sales processes, enquiry management, and conversion improvement.

• Guide the team in customer handling, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Analyse sales performance and provide strategic inputs for business growth.

• Oversee sales operations and ensure achievement of project/business targets.

• Participate in negotiations and drive successful closures.

• *Post Graduate / MBA Qualification Mandatory*

• *6+ years of Sales Experience with minimum 2+ years of on-paper Team Leader Sales experience is MUST*
