Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.js.
- Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React.js.
- Work closely with product owners, architects, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Debug and resolve production issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Contribute to CI/CD implementation and deployment activities.
- Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills





Backend
- 4+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
- Strong understanding of Rails MVC architecture.
- Experience building RESTful APIs.
- Very good with Coding
- Hands-on experience with ActiveRecord.
- Solid object-oriented programming concepts.

Frontend
- Strong experience with React.js.
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with React Hooks.
- Knowledge of Redux or other state management libraries.
- HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI.
