Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Process Design Engineer for the HMWSSB Project, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Water Transmission Projects. The candidate will be responsible for process design, engineering calculations, preparation and review of technical deliverables, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the process engineering and design activities for WTP, STP, pumping stations, and water transmission projects.
- Prepare and review process design calculations, sizing of treatment units, hydraulic calculations, and process reports.




- Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;), Mass Balance, and Design Basis Reports.
- Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Structural teams for design integration.
- Review technical specifications, equipment datasheets, and vendor submissions.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, statutory regulations, and applicable design standards.
- Support project execution teams by providing process engineering guidance and resolving technical queries.
- Participate in design reviews, HAZOP studies, technical discussions, and client meetings.
- Evaluate treatment technologies and recommend optimal process solutions for water and wastewater treatment systems.
- Ensure timely submission of engineering deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
