About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Leader (CSL) to join our growing India operations team based in Bangalore.

This is a senior, client-facing leadership role that combines account stewardship with business development — the single owner for growing InRhythm's India revenue. The CSL runs existing accounts and builds sales pipeline for InRhythm's AI DLC delivery. The CSL serves as the primary bridge between our clients and our delivery teams — ensuring every engagement runs smoothly, every consultant lands successfully, and every client
