Job Summary

CCAN Solutions is seeking reliable and proactive Freelance Submission Staff to manage document submissions, collections, and follow-up activities with colleges and universities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy field work and can work independently while ensuring timely and accurate document handling.

Key Responsibilities
- Submit and collect documents to colleges and universities.
- Verify documents before submission to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with the CCAN Solutions office regarding submission schedules and status updates.
- Maintain proper records of all submitted and collected documents.




- Follow up with institutions on pending applications when required.
- Ensure the safe and confidential handling of all client documents.
- Submit daily or weekly work reports with proof of submission.

Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (Plus Two). Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Ability to travel within Thrissur and nearby districts.
- Smartphone with internet access for communication and reporting.
- Responsible, punctual, and capable of working independently.
