Preferred candidate profile:
- Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs that support decision-making.
- Strong skills in designing intuitive, user-friendly dashboards that effectively communicate insights and tell a explicit business story.
- Proven capability in analyzing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across business functions.
- Experience in handling periodic and ad-hoc reporting requests, working closely with stakeholders and business teams.
- Strong focus on data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with agreed business definitions and metrics.
- Minimum 24 years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence role.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, basic DAX, report development, and publishing.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
- Solid understanding of business processes, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Proven experience in working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
