Key responsibilities.

- Mentorship:Serving as a resource and mentor for nurses, providing guidance and support for career development.
- Liaison:Acting as a bridge between clinical staff and leadership, identifying educational needs, and communicating feedback on training effectiveness.
- Quality Improvement:Contributing to initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall quality of healthcare services.
- Compliance:Ensuring the hospital meets all federal and state requirements related to staff education and training.
